What a glorious week we are having. Not only is the sun shining but we are really enjoying our new learning. We have continued to explore how we can keep our oceans clean and safe to help protect our sea creatures and our planet. We have enjoyed clearing litter from our small world beach scene. To support our physical development, we have been threading sea creatures and have used tweezers to pick up litter. In mathematics, we are exploring capacity and have been introduced to language, such as full an empty. We have also spent time on our balance bikes and have been using different parts of our body to balance. To enhance our expressive arts and design development, we have enjoyed drawing and using water colours to paint our own sea creature and we have used a paper plate to create a jelly fish.
Check in later this week to find out what else we have been up to!
