We have had a fantastic week in school this week and everyone has enjoyed their transition days and spending time with their new teachers.
Well done to all of the children who have received an award this week, some more fantastic learning and behaviour.
We have some more super readers this year. It's great to see so many of our children enjoying their reading.
Base 5 have won the attendance this week with 100%, a fantastic effort, keep going for the last two weeks of term.
This week blue team have managed to earn the most team points, well done.
A few weeks ago, Mrs Holdsworth set a challenge for the children to drink 6 — 8 glasses of water, milk or unsweetened squash. Well done to all of the children who managed this challenge and to all of the children who brought back their drinks chart.

It's our final ACHIEVE of the spring term! Well done to everyone who received an award this week. It was lovely to see so many We All Matter awards from the friendship buddies.Yellow team won the team points this week but were very closely followed by green team who were just a few points behind.Well done to Base 1 who won the attendance this week. We have had a busy few weeks...We have been searching for giants, helped Jasper to grow a bean seed, used our story map and actions to recall and retell the story, 'Jasper's Beanstalk', explored height, developed our gross and fine motor skills, shown good attention and listening skills during our phonics and rhyme time sessions, explored spring and have had lots of fun searching...
Yesterday, Reception spent the afternoon talking about how we can be kind. We had two new friends to help our learning called Terry Turtle and Winnie Wolf. We first explored different emotions and how our facial expressions may change depending on how we feel. After this, the children listened to a story about Terry and Winnie and an argument they had about sharing a crown. We spoke about how...
