Rain can't stop play!
: June 2019
So, despite the rain, Boot Camp carried on!
We took the opportunity to look at little closer at our fitness levels. Using pulse meters, we recorded our resting rate and then upped the exercise! We recorded our pulse rate every time we increased our exercise. We had great fun doing this and then, at the end of the session we plotted our results in a graph. It was really interesting to see how our bodies had reacted to the increased physical activity- it was also easy to spot results which didn't seem correct.
Another fun session this afternoon guys- well done!
