Base 3 enjoyed a visit to Bickley Hall Farm today. We had a super day, walking through wild flower meadows, learning about wild animals of Britain, with a focus on owls. We learnt about the five species of owl that live in Britain and even dissected owl pellets to see what creatures owls eat. We enjoyed a walk around the farm where we learnt about different habitats and then we created some bird feeders which we were able to take home. We had a lovely day – thank you Cheshire Wildlife Trust!
