Year 4 Science: Exploring Electricity with Switches

This week in Year 4, our young scientists have been exploring the exciting world of electricity by building their own circuits using switches.

The children began by revisiting their prior knowledge of simple circuits, identifying key components such as cells, wires, bulbs and buzzers. They then took their learning a step further by investigating how switches can control the flow of electricity within a circuit.
