Welcome Back Little Wrens

Little Wrens, it has been lovely to be back together again today. We’ve had a wonderful day!

We began by talking about colours and emotions through The Colour Monster, then during provision the children enjoyed a range of activities exploring colour. In phonics, we continued to develop our skills in hearing initial sounds in words and blending sounds together. Our skills are improving all the time – wow! In maths, we explored height. Using our own grown beanstalks, we talked about which were tall and which were short.

It has also been so lovely to spend time playing with our friends again and hearing all about your Easter adventures. From what I can gather, lots of chocolate was enjoyed!
