Welcome Back Little Wrens

A huge welcome to a brand-new school year in Little Wrens, and an even bigger welcome to our wonderful new starters. 

What a fantastic first day we've had getting to know each other! This morning we explored our indoor environment -- the home corner, playdough, dinosaurs, sand, and blocks were all a big hit. There were smiles, giggles, and lots of busy hands at work.

And wow -- we can't believe what independent children we have already! From putting on our own shoes, to buttering our toast, and pouring our own milk -- you've amazed us. Whenever we've found a task tricky, we've asked for a little help and kept going until we achieved it. What brilliant, positive attitudes you all have! 

This afternoon we popped on our waterproofs and wellies for our much-loved Welly Wednesday! We had the best time exploring outside -- tiptoeing through the "deep dark forest" and crawling through the tunnel like true adventurers. 

We can't wait for all the fun, learning, and adventures ahead this year
