STEM Y2 Construction

Today Base 2 have been developing their ideas for their own bridge. The children started by building on their prior knowledge of 3D shape. They explored ways of making the tallest structures using the words stable and unstable. Children then looked at how they could strengthen their structure. Using this knowledge, all children could then plan their own design for a stable bridge.
