St.David's Day – Little Wrens

What a great day we have had exploring St. David's day. We began by watching a short video on Cbeebies and followed Mollie's celebrations. We then painted a picture of a daffodil, created the Welsh flag, explored mark making with leeks and made our very own daffodil hat. During our provision time, we used blocks to build Cardiff castle, carefully used a knife to chop leeks and coloured in a picture of a daffodil.

It has been a wonderful day.
