Little Wrens – Welly Wednesday

We've had lots of fun outdoors today! The children enjoyed collecting pretty petals and little leaves before using them to create their very own Rangoli patterns. This linked beautifully to our learning about Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights. We talked about how Rangoli patterns are used to decorate homes during the celebrations and had a go at creating some beautiful patterns of our own.

A lovely morning of exploring, creating and learning together. Well done, Little Wrens!
