Little Wrens – Welly Wednesday

Our Welly Wednesday adventure took us on an autumn colour hunt! We loved spotting all the beautiful colours around us and finding them to add to our frames. We explored lots of new vocabulary along the way, including autumn, colourful, bright, dark, crunchy, prickly, smooth and rough. Inspired by our story The Very Helpful Hedgehog, we then got creative in the forest area, using clay, sticks and stones to make our very own helpful hedgehogs. We had lots of fun exploring, creating and getting stuck in with the natural materials. Take a look at our lovely hedgehog creations.
