Little Wrens – Welly Wednesday

In our Welly Wednesday session, we linked our outdoor learning to our Goldilocks theme by creating nature beds for the Three Bears. Wrapped up warm, we set off on a nature hunt to collect sticks, leaves, moss and soft natural materials. The children worked together beautifully to gather what they needed and then used their collections to build Daddy Bear, Mummy Bear and Baby Bear a cosy bed of their own.

The children showed brilliant teamwork, creativity and problem-solving as they carefully chose natural items to make each bed “just right”. What a wonderful way to bring our story learning to life outdoors!
