Imran Kowtal's visit

It was lovely to offer a very warm welcome to Imran, despite the snow and cold, yesterday; it's been quite a while since his last visit. Imran led our Friday assembly all about the 5 Pillars of Islam, and two lessons; one to Base 3 and one to Base 4, to enrich their RE learning and understanding of Islam. The children thoroughly enjoyed the assembly and the lessons but, just as important, getting to know Imran and a little bit about him and for some of the staff, like me, who have been at Wrenbury a while it was lovely to reconnect with him. I'm sure we won't leave it as long before we invite him back.
