Health and well-being week Base 3

What a super day we have had today. The day started off with our Wrenbury Walk where we walked our beautiful grounds while having a lovely natter with our friends and families. After this we learnt about skeletons. We learnt what a skeleton is and what the different bones in our body do. After break we visited the church, something we all loved. We look the time to look at the graves and plaques in the church, looking for the names of key families within Wrenbury history: Cotton, Starkey and Dale.
In the afternoon we enjoyed a sports day practice and we finished our day with an amazing yoga session where the children learnt yoga moves and had a meditation session listening to music on headphones, which was just wonderful.
