On Wednesday, Year 3 and 4 went to Broomhall Chapel to learn about the Easter Story. We had a fantastic morning learning about the different parts of the story through a range of lovely activities. We learnt about the cross and made our own. We planted a bulb to take home to represent dark to light and new life. We even got to stroke chicks and a lamb. We met Mary and Peter (one of Jesus' disciples) who told us their version of events. We also learnt about the Last Supper and how Jesus taught people to serve and look after each other. They also treated us to a hot cross bun and a drink.

We would like to say a very big thank you to all of the volunteers from Broomhall Chapel who gave up their time to deliver the activities for us.
