CNSSP skipping challenge

Dan the Skipping Man, who is working with the CNSSP, delivered a set of free skipping ropes for our children to take part in the skipping challenges. Base 5 are currently taking part in the skipping challenges and have already improved after just 15 minutes of skipping.

This week's challenge was the single bounce. We will keep you updated on our progress.
