Buddy time

What a wonderful welly time we had today! Our friends from Base 5 joined us for an outdoor adventure, and it’s hard to say who had more fun. The Base 5 buddies were amazing mentors, helping their younger partners master the tricky task of tying twine to create beautiful ‘journey sticks’.

As we explored our Wrenbury walk, the pairs worked together to fill their sticks with natural treasures found along the way. It wasn’t just the little ones getting creative, though – some of our Base 5 buddies couldn't resist making their own unique keepsakes too! It was truly heartwarming to see everyone bonding, laughing, and enjoying each other's company under the glorious sunshine.
