Big Wild Walks for Base 4's Charity

This year in Base 4 our charity is The Cheshire Wildlife Trust. Over the year, Base 4 are going to be learning all about the important impact the charity has on our local areas and further afield.

During the weeks of the 21st October to the 3rd November, the charity are offering a chance to take part in a fundraising project to protect the wildlife that we love. The aim is to walk 30k during the two weeks. There are 4 steps to taking parting the Big Wild Walk. These are:

1. Sign up here
2. Set your challenge
3. Fundraise
4. Go Wild

The walk can be taken at your own walking pace over the two weeks, the only competition is against yourself. The 30k doesn't need to be walked in one go, it could be completed by doing 3k for ten days instead.

If your child does want to take part in the challenge, please let us know as a school so we can promote their fundraising and celebrate their achievements.
