Base 5's Festive Week
: December 2018
I'm not sure how we have managed to fit everything in to this week but somehow we did! This week we have... been to the theatre, made Christmas crafts, practiced our carol service (which is simply wonderful), met Father Christmas and his reindeer, began our geometry unit in maths, created story maps and diaries in English, had our weekly book club, been swimming and gained awards- oh, and taken part in our school Christmas fair! How did all that fit into 5 days?

For World Earth Day 2024, we talked about how amazing and beautiful our planet is. We then discussed how it is everyone's responsibility to love our planet. We learned that one way to look after our planet is to go, litter picking. We then went hunting for litter in our school environment.
