Base 5

Busy, busy,busy!
This week, in English, the children have really focused on editing their writing. They have set personal goals for themselves and worked hard to reach these. They have been looking at how they can build cohesion through their writing in a range of different ways.
In maths we have tackled some challenging fraction problems and used the bar model to help us out when things became a little tough!
We have also completed a few assessments and I must say that the children tackled them very well. Next week we will start to get Christmassy- making crafts for the school fair on Friday.
Have a lovely weekend everyone.
