This week we have delved into space! Learning about the planets in our solar system and gathering facts which have blown our minds.
We did want to blast off and experience our solar system first hand but I'm afraid it just didn't pass the risk assessment! So, instead we used a range of secondary sources to help us gather information and learn more about the amazing planets that orbit our sun.
The children merged this science with computing, adding data to an excel gird, sorting it and then creating appropriate graphs. This was challenging but good fun!
