Base 4 had an exciting trip to the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester, where they explored the city's rich industrial past and cutting-edge science. Highlights included watching real steam engines in action, learning about the world's first modern computer--the Manchester Baby--and taking part in hands-on exhibits that sparked curiosity and creativity. The children were fascinated by the interactive galleries (Operation Ouch) and came away inspired, having seen how science and technology have shaped the world around us. It was a fun-filled day of discovery for all.
