Base 4 Health and Well being Week so far

Wow! A jam packed week so far full of sporting activities for Base 4! And it's only Wednesday... so here's a little glimpse of what we have been up to so far...

Kicking off everyday with a Wrenbury walk has been energising for us all- many thanks to all the parents/carers who have joined us in the morning- it has been lovely to see everyone enjoy that time together and being active at the same time. We will be doing this Thursday and Friday morning too so please feel free to join if you can.

Since Monday, Base 4 have enjoyed Table Tennis, alternative sports in PE, a super football session, tennis sessions (Year 4) and the most amazing yoga session too, which included a very lovely sleep relaxation activity.
