Base 2 Theme Day

Base 2 have had a wonderful day celebrating all things WW2 and The Blitz. We started the day with a class assembly to the whole school. This was followed by looking at the cities which were bombed during the blitz and we placed them on the map of the UK. Our favourite activity was creating a spitfire. We ended the day by venturing out onto the school field to see where the Anderson shelter once stood.
