Miss Phillips: May 2019
What a busy week we have had in Base 2!
We have all worked very hard this week on a range of different things. We've done plenty of reading, writing and maths, including lots of fun and active maths.
Miss Nicholson has joined us this week for four days and is now with us for the next five weeks, we hope she enjoys her time with us.
This afternoon we have had a go at a traditional technique used in Madagascar when they do silk weaving. Instead of using silk we had a first try with paper. They all look fantastic and the children tried very hard with the technique. They will look great on our display.
Enjoy your weekends, don't forget your spellings, reading and times tables but get plenty of rest too.
