Base 2 History

Over the last week Base 2 have been looking at different items from World War Two. Some of the items were original and some 'replicas' which we learnt the meaning of. The children really enjoyed the hands on approach at finding out about the items which ranged from gas masks, airman's hats, ARP helmet, radio controller equipment, first aid kit and ladies shoes.
