Base 1 – Mystery Reader

Base 1 were delighted to welcome their very first Mystery Reader to Reception. Our special Mystery Reader was Oliver’s Mummy, and the children were absolutely thrilled to discover who was behind the mystery. Oliver had the biggest smile when he realised that it was his mummy who had come to read to the class! The children listened beautifully to a wonderful story called ‘Tree Keepers’ and were especially excited to meet some of the puppet characters from the story too. It was such a lovely experience for everyone, and we are already looking forward to finding out who our next Mystery Reader will be!
