If any one would like to support Alfie in Y4, who is doing a sponsored cycle during the month of October in aid of the RNLI, please do get in touch.
The RNLI is a charity, run by volunteers, who risk their lives to help other who find themselves in danger out at sea. Some of their volunteers have been into school in the past to talk to the children about the great work (and the history) of the RNLI.
Alfie's target was to raise £500 for the RNLI, but he's already surpassed this! His aim was to cycle 150 miles during October, and he'd already ridden 60 miles! Every penny Alfie raises will go to support the great work they do. Please do donate to Alfie's fundraising, if you can.

The Little Wrens wore our odd socks at the start of this week to show that we are all different and should just be ourselves. We joined the school in a zoom anti-bullying assembly and loved dancing to Andy and the Oddsocks music video. The children enjoyed the book Simon Sock, a story celebrating differences.
