A Super Week in Base 1

What a fantastic and action-packed week we've had in Base 1!

Our learning has been inspired by the brilliant story 'The Colour Monster', and we've had a wonderful time diving into the world of colours. We started by exploring the vibrant primary colours, then had a blast mixing them to discover the secondary colours – it got a little messy, but it was so much fun!

In Drawing Club, we've been on a mission to outsmart the sneaky Emotion Thief! Today, we put our creative minds to the test and designed some incredible traps to keep him far away from our classroom. We made sure they were strong, tall, and completely foolproof!

We were also lucky enough to enjoy a surprise visit from another mystery reader on Wednesday – Mrs Bisset! She shared a delightful story all about the Bumble Bear, and we absolutely loved it.
