A little bit of peace and calm through Yoga

It was lovely to invite mums and a dad to join their children for a yoga session led by Shelley (Ministry of Yoga) this morning, followed by a yoga session for our year 5/6, so that all could experience a bit of time out to find some peace and calm during our Health and Well-being week.
