A Christmassy start to our week in Little Wrens

The Christmas magic has begun in Little Wrens!
We began our day by sharing the story The Little Christmas Tree, a heartwarming tale about a small tree who doesn’t like his prickly pines but learns to love who he is. The children enjoyed talking about the characters and talking what makes each of us special.

We then explored lots of Christmas-themed activities in class. The children helped to decorate our own Little Wrens Christmas tree, painted pinecones to create their very own special trees, and enjoyed decorating trees in the playdough. It was a wonderful start to our festive learning!
