What a super walk we had this morning. We explored our local area by looking carefully and asking questions about what we saw. Why does a village need a bus? What does this sign tell us to do-why? What is this shop? How do you know? What do we use it for? What is this building? How do we know? Why is it important to our village? Then we finished it all off with a play at the park!

What a wonderful first week back we had in Base 4!We've been studying Viking and Anglo-Saxon artwork, learning how most of it was found on tools, clothes, armour and everyday objects.
