Sports day practice
Mr Lindop: June 2019
Wow! What a busy morning we've had at WPS. With the forecast looking drizzly for the rest of the week, we've taken advantage of the sun to rehearse our sports day before the big day next week.
Our children right across the school have practiced the different races and behaved beautifully whilst waiting for their turn. We've even been watching some of the older children for tips on each of the races!
We've also been practicing our songs for Fun in a Field for a Fiver in a couple of weeks. It's been wonderful to practice some singing when outside enjoying our grounds. A big well done in particular to those children who got up and led the rest of the school in their singing.
