Singing at the Nursing Home
B Cador: December 2017
Nine of our young singers, along with Mrs Heaton and myself, visited Wrenbury Nursing Home yesterday to sing a few carols and Christmas songs for the residents.
The children were warmly welcomed and sang beautifully. It was lovely hearing some of the residents joining in with the traditional carols: 'O come all ye faithful' and 'In the bleak Midwinter'.
Thank you Lola, Orla, Frayer, Laylee, Sophie, Charlotte, Carla, Jessica and Laura.
We are visiting the Doctor's Surgery on Monday to bring a bit of Christmas cheer to people in the waiting room, by kind invitation of Becky Barber the surgery manager.
