B Cador: November 2019
With a fortunate break in the weather, the whole school gathered at the front of school for our Remembrance Service.
Many thanks to members of Wrenbury and District British Legion for the roles they played in this year's service as Standard Bearer, Chaplain and Chairman and leading us in the school's Roll of Honour, prayers and a minute's silence. As a poignant reminder of the sacrifice of so many, including former pupils, for our freedom and peace, a poppy was respectfully 'planted' by every child at the foot of our Union flag flying at half mast.
