change for life

At Wrenbury we are promoting healthy living through a wide range of activities and conversations. We encourage participation in a wide range of sports, offer different sports clubs throughout the year, take part in initiatives such as Change 4 Life and Sports Relief and enter a range of sports competitions within the CNSSP.

Play times are an excellent opportunity for children to take part in physical activities. To support this and allow children to experience a range of different physical activities during break times we have set up our play leaders who will lead games and sports during play times and also created some play time equipment bags. These equipment bags contain equipment for children to play different types of games including lacrosse, skittles, tennis, cricket and skipping. The children are very much looking forward to getting stuck into the various activities that will be going on throughout play times.

Keeping active and fit is essential for development both physically and mentally, at school we are providing the children with additional opportunities to do this.

Another highlight of the week...
