Our skyscapes and artwork
Mr Lindop: June 2020
In Base A, we have been looking at Van Gogh's starry night. After some art appreciation last week, we colour washed our own skyscapes before using chalk and oil pastels to highlight some extra colour. Some children chose dramatic, hard lines in their painting like Van Gogh, whereas others chose carefully to create sorter, calmer pieces.

Another busy week has flown by in Base 3. This week, we were amazed by water! We began learning about the water cycle by drinking water that was billions of years old!
