We're about to finish our first full week of school. We have received a lot of verbal praise and thanks about the start of the new academic year for our children but I have been given permission to share with you the email Becky Pass sent to school. Becky is one of our new starter parents.

'I just wanted to drop you a quick email. I have spoken to Miss Pitchford this morning but I think the school as a whole needs praising.
After what I'm sure is a worrying time for all parents when their child first starts school, I just wanted to say how amazingly I think the transition has been. After Fraser only being at school 4 days I asked him on Monday night did he like school ?
His reply, " Mummy I did like preschool but big school is much better, I love Miss Pitchford, she is the best teacher in the world ! "
After hearing this my mind was completely put at rest and I now no longer have to worry at all about Fraser as I know he is very happy and has settled in straight away. Thank you all so much for what you have already done, it is so nice to know he is in a lovely school.'

It takes a great team to make a wonderful school. We have that great team at Wrenbury and the impact is in Becky's email — happy, settled children and parents whose minds are put at ease.

Thank you

Reverend Pike talked to us about the robes she wears at different times of the year, as well as exploring things you see in a church such as a cross, stained glass windows, font, etc. The children learned so much and had time to explore the church with their...
