As part of the Early Years offer at Wrenbury Primary School, we are delighted to announce the opening of Little Wrens, our fantastic, new, preschool provision for children from the age of 3.

We received this message from one of our Little Wrens mums:
'Thank you all for taking the time to not only take care of Rhys but also of myself. The little touch of Debbie running out to catch me before I went home this morning to tell me he was ok was very touching and really showed the care I believe Rhys is getting. Thank you so much for that it was hard to leave him.
Another thank you to Bessa for taking me into the office to show me the photos of Rhys having fun.
Miss Pitchford was wonderful when she calmly took him of me this morning and took him into the classroom.
Thank you all so much.
from Kathyn and a fast asleep Rhys'

Enjoy this collection of photos for a wonderful taster of our new starters' and Little Wrens' first few days at Wrenbury Primary.

And, we have managed to pack lots more learning in too.In our mathematics sessions, we have explored shape. We have been learning to identify and describe shapes by their properties and have been using language such as...

Not only was it very exciting to dress in our sports wear today, we also got to meet a real athlete, Sean Conwy — wow! We learned that he is three — time world record holding endurance athlete and that he is the only person to have ever completed a triathlon the length of Britain — impressive. We then had lots of fun competing in our own sponsored triathlon. Throughout the day, we took part in...
