Let it snow....

We came prepared with warm coats, hats, gloves and wellies and weren't disappointed with the flurries of snow that fell on school during our learning. At playtime we were all outside and began making our giant snowballs.
Harry our new pupil has been living in Australia since the age of 2 (he hasn't seen snow for ages!) and really enjoyed the snow ball making this morning and what a great day for a birthday, Kyla! Doesn't the school look Christmassy!

Another busy week has flown by in Base 3. This week, we were amazed by water! We began learning about the water cycle by drinking water that was billions of years old! The water we were drinking may have been sucked up by the trunk of a woolly mammoth or even supped Tutankhamun! The children loved the thought of this and we then learnt about the water cycle — the best recycling system! This...
