Internet Safety for Parents

Please find attached a letter about an event on 28th March. This is for parents, to raise awareness and offer support on internet safety. Please could you let me know if you intend to go to help them make arrangements for refreshments and seating. A paper copy of this letter will also be sent out tomorrow.

It is really important that we all try to stay a step ahead of those targeting our children through inappropriate internet contact. It is very difficult for children to identify when something isn't as it seems, or to deal confidently with cyber bullying. Information technology is a wonderful thing as long as we know how to keep safe.
