Community Request – Volunteers needed

Are you able to help for a couple of hours on Saturday 28th April to tidy the churchyard ready for the summer?

Please come along between 10am and Midday and if possible bring some gardening tools with you. We particularly need strimmers but rakes, secateurs, shears, and forks are all welcome.

Refreshments: Bacon butties and drinks will be available for all volunteers!!

The recent weather has given the grass (and the weeds!) in the churchyard chance for a bit of a growth spurt so we need willing volunteers to help mow, strim, weed, prune, tidy and provide general help. No horticultural knowledge needed as there will be people on hand to tell you the difference between a dandelion and a dahlia if you're not sure.
