Boot Camp

Well, another boot camp under our belts! Today we began with a school field run- comparing our time with our last session (we all beat the time of our first attempt). We then did a little circuit, followed by some skipping skills, then MORE circuits and finally we ended with a little much needed meditation! Sleep well all!
