R Charlesworth: September 2020
Oh my goodness what a busy week we have had! We began on Monday by completing our self portraits, giving them a Tudor style. We enjoyed a virtual assembly with Reverend Alison. Our week moved on with some history, and what interesting history it was! We learnt about the relationships between Henry 8th, Pope Clement 7th and the impact Anne Boleyn had on our country. We found out about Martin Luther and his ideas about religion- we had a really good discussion about his ideas and the impact on the people of the time. We also enjoyed our first class book club- this is a time I really think is special. Finally we all celebrated an achieve award because we are all working so hard and really focusing on our learning skills.
Have a lovely weekend everyone and I look forward to seeing you next week.
