Base 3 table tennis

We have had a fantastic time this afternoon with Jan from Crewe Central Table Tennis, who very kindly came to us to teach us some of the skills we need to get started in table tennis.

We learnt how to hold the bat and keep control of the ball. We learnt the correct position to move in table tennis and used this in a few games. We were then able to start hitting the ball to our partners. It was fantastic and the children loved it.
