Base 3 DT – making catapults

We have had a great day in Base 3 making our catapults. We have measured all of the pieces of wood to the correct lengths, including two angles. We then used a hacksaw to cut the pieces of wood. Once all of the wood was cut, we used the hot glue guns to start to glue the base of the catapult together and strengthen the corners with card.
Tomorrow we will finish putting the catapult together and test them out to see which one is the most powerful.
