Base 2 Yoga

As part of our health and well-being week, Base 2 have been taking part in a yoga. The children explored new poses as well as concentrating on their breathing. Ask someone from Base 2 about snake breathing as I am sure they will be able to give you a wonderful demonstration. The session was enjoyed by all in the class.
