We have had a wonderful week in Base 1 celebrating our well-being.
We have focused lots this week on our breathing and how we can use 'Happy breathing' to give our brains a rest. We have taken part in yoga, rainbow breathing and we even created our own mindfulness colouring pictures using our breathing techniques!
