Finding lots of ways to keep busy, the mind occupied, active and still learning.

Hello everyone, I'm afraid the school of Mummy isn't going quite as planned....... Mummy is still having to work full time which is challenging........ so happiness and make believe have been the theme of the week with outside fun, den making, insect finding, grass rowing, writing about our day, a little bit of reading and Joe Wicks PE — Mummy has decided that school is at the weekend and fun is in the week, so that we all keep smiling. We miss you all lots and lots
Make believe and finding ways to stay happy are really important when we may be hearing lots of things that make us all feel worried. Nathan and Laura certainly seem to be enjoying themselves! What have you found Nathan? I'm curious!

While stuck at home, this is an ideal time to learn to do something new...Mrs Rowlands' children are both going to learn a language. We could all learn to say a few things in British Sign Language while we are off school: 'Hello', 'How are you?'; 'What is your name?'; 'My name is ...' Just a thought...

We've had a fabulous day in Base 1! We started off the day with some yoga which the children did brilliantly. We then talked and learnt all about how to be safe on the road- stop, look, listen, think! Later in the morning, our year 6 buddies came to help us write some instructions for how to cross the road. In the afternoon, our buddies taught us how to cross our pretend road and we talked...
