A Super Start in Base 3

What a wonderful 3 days we have had Base 3! We really have started to delve into our 'Ancient Egypt' theme. Already we have learnt about scarab beetles and the god Khepri; we have drawn our own beetle and then started to make our own scarab amulet ready to thread on to leather to create a necklace. We have also begun turning ourselves into pharaohs though the power of art and media. As well as this, we have read lots of lovely books, designed our own artwork for our ACHIEVE display and taken time to enjoy are class library. Base 3, you have been wonderful, I really have enjoyed myself this week and I hope that you have too.
